Marissa Major
About

Ms. Major is a litigation attorney with over seven years of trial experience. After graduating from UC Hastings, Ms. Major began her legal career in family law and estate planning. To gain greater trial experience, she spent two years practicing law as a nursing home abuse lawyer. 

Ms. Major has moderated webinars, trained at ALTA’s Ultimate Trial program at Harvard, and attended numerous seminars and deposition trainings throughout the country. 

Ms. Major now litigates business disputes, employment law matters, and probate actions.

Real Estate Litigation, including purchase and sale of real property, landlord/tenant, neighbor disputes, and actions against municipalities regarding zoning, variances, conditional use, building, and demolition permits
