The following is the TONG ROBBINS LLP (“Tong Robbins”) online Privacy Policy, which governs how visitor information (your information) is gathered and used. Tong Robbins provides services to businesses and clients in California only and does not market to businesses or individuals in the European Economic Area,Switzerland, nor the United Kingdom. Except as provided in this Privacy Policy, and unless Tong Robbins or its attorneys are in an attorney-client relationship with a user, all information provided to Tong Robbins, including information exchanged through electronic communication, is neither privileged nor confidential.

‍Your Information that Tong Robbins May Collect Online. You can affirmatively submit to Tong Robbins certain user information pertaining to your interaction with Tong Robbins. We also may infer your geographic location based on your IP address or other information. Tong Robbins's websites are not designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13. Tong Robbins does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13. 

‍Texting Policy. Tong Robbins prefers to avoid communication via text. Tong Robbins will never initiate a text communication with you. Instead, we will communicate with you via voice telephone, e-mail, or via teleconference platform, such as Ring Central, Zoom, or MS teams. We encourage our clients to do the same. The only way Tong Robbins will engage in texting is if the client or potential client texts first. In that case, we will communicate with you via text and encourage you to take the communication off text, on to voice telephone or e-mail. By texting us first, you are consenting to receiving texts in return. If a party purporting to be from Tong Robbins tries to initiate a text conversation with you—one that you did not start—you may presume that the communication is a scam. Do not text back. Call us or write to us via e-mail instead. 

‍How Tong Robbins Uses Your Information. We will use information you affirmatively submit to Tong Robbins for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to your email or respond to your inquiry. We may use information submitted by you or your business to provide you with information about Tong Robbins's services. This information may be delivered directly such as e-mails. We may use third party contractors to act on our behalf, and these contractors are obligated to not disclose or use your information for other purposes. 

‍International Transfers. If you are visiting our site from outside the United States, be aware that your information will be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located within the United States.
