Ms. Fung is an experienced commercial litigator, having spent ten years practicing with large law firms focusing on business disputes, First Amendment and media access issues, and product liability defense.  Ms. Fung has an impressive track record prevailing in motion practice, in arbitration, and on appeal.

  • Griffin v. Rosso Accountancy Corp., No. 1100086369 (JAMS Arb. 2017). Prevailed in arbitration against a defendant who broke a contract with our client in the purchase of an accountancy firm
  • Burgoyne v. GoldsteinEnright, No. A148217, 2018 WL 1312262 (Cal. Ct. App. Mar. 14, 2018). Represented accountants accused of malpractice in the issuance of K1 partner tax forms
